About Skin Envy Sugaring

In order to maintain respect and integrity at Skin Envy Sugaring, our policies are strictly enforced. We believe we have to right to refuse services at any point if our policies are not respected.

• All new clients and clients that have not been seen in over six months are required to fill out a client intake form prior to receiving services. 
• A valid credit card is required on file to book an appointment. This is only to reserve the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless it is within the 12 hour reschedule/cancellation window or there is a no-show (Please refer to our cancellation/no-show policy).
• A 12 hour notice must be given to waive any reschedule or cancellation fees. 
• A 50% service fee will incur if  you are rescheduling or canceling your appointment within the 12 hour window prior to your appointment.
• No-show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the service fee. 
• Your appointment may be forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late.
• If you are unsatisfied with our service in any way, kindly let us know and we will try our hardest to rectify. There are no refunds.
